Aidan's quotes of the day....

So, riding in the car with a 5-year-old definitely leaves us with some "quotable" moments. Here are my favs of today:

"Our house is classier than Jimmy John's. We should have ordered Jimmy John's." (This was said while walking into Jimmy John's- Apparently Aidan wanted to get delivery.)

"There is nothing better than a cold, icy drink on a warm sunny day." (On our way out of Jimmy John's with a cup of water)

" Do you know what hurts more than stubbing your toe? And don't guess needles."

"I think we need to go to Caribou, I have some money. " (While pulling out two quarters and a nickel)

Aidan: "Mom, I am not having a good day"
Me: "Why's that, we've done a lot of fun things?"
Aidan: " I think I slept too much."

"Mom, I am having a kinda bad day and you're just making it worser for me." (In response to asking him to go get something from the car)
